To qualify for a return:
✔ Item(s) must be in original packaging (opened copybooks are okay)
✔ Proof of purchase required (order confirmation or receipt)
✔ Bundles must be returned in full (not as individual items)

to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please include:
✔ Your order number
✔ Reason for your return
Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
📢 Note: Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
