🔁 ToddleReady Return & Refund Policy

At ToddleReady, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


📅 Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is marked as Delivered by the carrier.

  • Only orders purchased directly from ToddleReady.com are eligible.
  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Proof of purchase (order number and email) is required for all returns.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is in new, undamaged condition.
  • Item includes all original parts, accessories, and packaging.
  • No excessive wear, damage, stains, odors, or signs of misuse.

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, ToddleReady reserves the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund at our discretion.


🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and policy reasons, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable (except where required by law):

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, missing parts, or showing clear signs of misuse.
  • Free gifts, promotional items, or bonus add-ons.
  • Digital products (such as downloadable guides or e-books).
  • Gift cards.
  • Shipping Protection

📦 Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind after receiving your order and your product is unopened and unused, you may request a return within the 30-day window.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you choose to use a return shipping label provided by ToddleReady, the cost of the label will be clearly communicated to you during the return initiation process and deducted from your refund once the return is received and inspected.

Alternatively, you may use your own tracked shipping method. ToddleReady is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Note: Return shipping fees are non-refundable and may vary based on package size, weight, and destination.


🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video.
  • Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Please do not ship items back to us without first contacting our support team, as this may delay resolution and affect refund eligibility.

🔄 Exchanges

At this time, we typically process exchanges by:

  • Issuing a refund for the original item (if eligible), and
  • Asking you to place a new order for the desired item or variant.

This helps ensure accurate tracking, inventory management, and faster processing for you.


💳 Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund to your account.

ToddleReady is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.


🚚 Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • We can reship the order to an updated address; additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Alternatively, we may process a refund minus any shipping costs and handling fees once the package is returned and inspected.

📜 Disputes & Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us first so we can assist you quickly and fairly.

  • By placing an order on ToddleReady.com, you agree to allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any order-related issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.
  • ToddleReady uses carrier tracking, delivery confirmation, and internal records (such as communication logs and time-stamped events) as official evidence in responding to disputes and chargebacks.
  • We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that does not comply with this policy or where our records show that the product was delivered and/or used contrary to our return eligibility terms.

Our Shipping Policy explains how delivery times, tracking, shipping protection, and carrier responsibilities work. In cases involving non-delivery, delayed delivery, or stolen packages, decisions regarding refunds or replacements may be based on the terms set out in both this Return & Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy.
