🚚 ToddleReady Shipping Policy

At ToddleReady, we know how exciting it is to wait for new learning toys for your little one. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered so you know exactly what to expect. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


🕒 Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During busy seasons (such as November–December), processing times may be slightly longer, but we always work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Because orders are transmitted automatically to our fulfillment center, changes or cancellations can only be requested within 4 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order will already be in the fulfillment stage and cannot be changed or stopped.


📦 Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, most ToddleReady orders arrive within approximately 3–8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
    For questions about other locations, please contact us.
  • ToddleReady is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our control.

💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and any active promotions. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping — these offers will be clearly displayed on our website or in our promotions.


🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can check the status of your package at any time.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring a safe delivery location.


🛡️ Optional Shipping Protection ($3.99)

At checkout, you can add $3.99 Shipping Protection to your order. This optional protection provides coverage for certain delivery issues after your package leaves our hands.

If Shipping Protection is added, you are covered for:

  • Damaged items upon arrival
  • Stolen packages after the carrier marks the package as delivered
  • Lost or missing packages during transit
  • Certain delivery errors confirmed by the carrier
  • Eligible replacement or refund at no additional cost
To file a Shipping Protection claim, please contact support@toddleready.com within 7 days of the delivery scan or last tracking update.

📦 Orders Without Shipping Protection

If you do not add Shipping Protection:

  • If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
  • ToddleReady is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery confirmation.
  • Carrier investigations may be initiated, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
  • Carrier delays, weather disruptions, or peak-season slowdowns are not compensable.

📝 Order Cancellation Requests (Before Shipping)

Cancellations or order changes may only be requested within 4 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be changed or stopped.


🚚 Cancellation Requests After an Order Has Been Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may, however, request a return once the item is delivered and unopened.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you choose to use a return label provided by ToddleReady, the cost of the label will be clearly disclosed during the return initiation process and deducted from your refund after inspection.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable and may vary based on package size, weight, and destination.


📍 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

ToddleReady is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply. Address changes after checkout are not guaranteed.


✅ Delivery Confirmation & Customer Responsibility

  • A carrier “Delivered” scan serves as official proof of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and securing their delivery location.
  • ToddleReady is not liable for theft or loss after confirmed delivery.

📜 Disputes & Chargebacks Related to Shipping

  • Customers agree to contact us before initiating disputes or chargebacks.
  • Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation are used as official evidence.
  • Chargebacks may be contested when delivery is confirmed.
